This year's Fete was held on Saturday 2nd May. It was a beautifl day and we saw a lot of people there! Thank you very much to all families, students and teachers who supported the Fete.
The fete is held every year on the first Saturday in May. It is a huge team effort from parents, staff and students. The fete is our major fundraising event for each year.

Camps

This year , 50 of our Year 6 students visited the national capital, Canberra.
Year 5 visit Camp Week away. Activities include Canoeing, Archery, Ropes Course and Flying Fox.
Graduation Day
Our Year 6 students are farewelled each year with a graduation dinner and ceremony. This includes presentation of awards, graduation certificates, dancing school captains speeches and singing.
It is a night which provides many happy memories for parents and students of their time spent at Oakleigh South Primary School.
Special Days

We have a number of Special Days throughout the year. A number of these are for charities such as Red Nose day, and State Schoools Relief Fund, as well as fundraising days to raise funds for children who have made it into State teams.
We also have a football day on the last Friday of term three. Children come in their favourite teams colours and enjoy watching a footy match. The Easter bonnet parade is another day which is very colourful and allows the children (and their parents) to express their creativity.
